Servant Leadership: Influence of Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment

Research Question: The research objective of this study was to use empirical investigate the impact servant leadership on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Motivation: Despite growing scholarly interest in (Adiguzel, Ozcinar, & Karadal, 2020; Karatepe, Ozturk, Terry Kim, 2019; Kozak, 2020), area still lacks coherence clarity. Although most improvements have been published top-tier management journals, has also other fields such as nursing, tourism, education (Eva, Robin, Sendjaya, van Dierendonck, Liden, 2019). These studies, however, are mainly focused developed market economies whereas transition is limited. It for reason that we wanted examine its relationship with commitment Republic Serbia. Idea: Our main goal put theory test through known validated questionnaires about whether a positive statistically significant effect satisfaction. Data: quantitative data analysis were collected from February 5, 2020, until 15, based results survey 102 online participants. basic sampling criterion respondents employed. Tools: Primary questionnaire. Servant measured by compiled Fields Winston (2010) Van Dierendonck Nuijten (2011), an adjusted questionnaire Spector (1994), Mowday, Steers Porter (1979). Descriptive statistics, correlation, simple regression used analysis.
